Paneer ke dahi Wade
Ingredients :
Paneer: 75 GMs
Cooked rice: 1tablespoon
Green chillies: 2
Ginger: 1piece 1″
Coriander leaves a small bunch
Ghee: 1tsp

Dahi :1small bowl beaten with salt
Tamarind paste :1 tbsp
Stevia  powder or drops : 1 1/2 sachet you can use Sugar free too
Roasted jeera powder
Red chilli powder (RCP)
Kala namak ( black salt )
Salt to taste

In a mixie blend paneer rice green chillies ginger and coriander leaves together

Make into small balls and cook on a low flame in an appe chetti using little ghee till they brown evenly

Cool, top with a large dollop of dahi and chutney (made using tamarind Stevia Black salt RCP and roasted jeera powder)

Sprinkle with roasted jeera powder and RCP
Garnish with coriander leaves.
