Kheema Rice

You make a quick kheema rice .

Ready in 15mins , super tasty , no fuss low carb dish .

Kheema Rice

Recipe : 
1/2 onion 
2 green chilies slit half 
Khada masala optional 
Shahi jeera 
Adrak lasan paste 1 tsp 
Garam masala ( i added home made biryani masala ) 
10 gm ghee
50 gm rice , any rice would do 
100gm chicken mince

Method :

Take pressure cooker , add ghee and the khada masala in the cooker . Once the masala leaves it aroma in the ghee add chopped oinions and salt and give it a stir , add ginger garlic paste , garam masala and chicken mince and cook for just a bit . The mince will change colour pronto . Add washed rice , adjust salt add the slit chillies , cook till 2 whistels .

I squeezed a bit of lime while serving . Garnish with hara dhania . Lo ho gaya tayaar !!
