Hare masaale ka tikka

Got these tiny cherry tomatoes at the local vendor this morning. Diet food becomes yum if you add a bit of colour into it .

Ingredients :

150 gm chicken breast
Green chilli 3 No’s
Fresh coriander handful
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cherry tomatoes
Salt to taste
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste
Optional is some cream or cheese which I didn’t use this time .
Butter ghee to baste

Method:

Grind all the spices and leaves into a fine paste . Adjust salt and marinate the chicken pieces in the paste
Keep aside for 3-4 hrs. Thread the chicken pieces alternate with cherry tomatoes and grill or air fry them till cooked. Serve with any dip that fits your diet.
