The Desi phoren fusion worked well . This is when you have rajma cooking for the kids and you got to eat your chicken as well .

You mix both, add some spices to spike up the flavours and TADA ! you have a soft almost crumbly kebab which would satiate your punjabi genes and you have chicken to complete your protein of the day .

Ingredients :

Chicken mince 50 gm
Boiled Rajma 50 gm mashed
Fresh coriander chopped
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Salt to tate
Chaat masala 1/4tsp
Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
1 tbsp butter for basting
Hung curd 2 tbs (optional )
1 tbs Besan
2 slices of raw mango / lemon juice if you don’t have raw mangoes

Method :
Mix all the spices and blend well , add the chicken mince and the Rajma . Set aside for a while . This would make the besan bind the mix well .

With wet hands make kebabs and refrigerate for 10 mins , this would further make them bind more . Air fry them or shallow fry them on a pan , basting them with butter and cooking till done .

Serve with a dip of your choice .
